Clear terms for booking an AIRB project.

These terms apply when you book AIRB Drone Services through this website. Your selected package, extras, written quote and any agreed project brief form the service contract. If those documents conflict, the most recent written scope agreed with AIRB takes priority.

The initial payment starts your project; it does not confirm a flight date. After payment, you provide a preferred date and site details. AIRB confirms a date only after checking availability, airspace, access, safety, weather and operational feasibility.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless a written quote says otherwise, the displayed staged-payment plan applies: the booking payment is collected at checkout, the production balance is due before capture, and the final balance is due before final files and usage rights are released.

Prices, discounts, travel charges and extras shown in your checkout summary are part of the agreed price. AIRB will not add a material charge without your approval.

Drone work depends on lawful and safe operating conditions. AIRB may postpone, relocate or decline a flight where weather, airspace, people, property, access, permissions, equipment or another safety consideration makes the planned work unsuitable.

Weather- or safety-led rescheduling does not carry a rescheduling fee. If AIRB cannot offer a lawful, feasible and mutually acceptable alternative date, AIRB will refund the unused booking payment in full.

You must provide accurate project and contact information, identify any site hazards or restrictions you know about, and obtain the property, landowner, venue or client permissions that sit within your control. AIRB remains responsible for the pilot's flight decision and will never treat client permission as overriding aviation or safety requirements.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. A consumer booking online will generally have a 14-day cancellation period. If you ask AIRB to begin planning or perform the service during that period, AIRB may ask for your express request and may deduct a fair, evidenced amount for work already supplied if you later cancel.

For cancellations outside any statutory right, AIRB will refund amounts not yet earned after deducting reasonable, evidenced planning work and non-recoverable project costs already incurred. Please contact AIRB promptly so that avoidable costs can be stopped.

AIRB will supply the deliverables stated in the booking summary, quote or written brief. One minor revision round is included unless a different allowance is stated. A minor revision adjusts an agreed edit; it does not add new capture, a new format or a materially different creative direction.

Preview material is for review only. Final files and the agreed usage licence are released after full payment. You may then use the final deliverables for the purpose agreed in the booking or quote. AIRB retains ownership of its underlying creative work and working files unless expressly assigned in writing.

Working files are normally retained for 90 days after final delivery. Clients should download and securely back up final deliverables during that period.

AIRB will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Drone imagery is visual capture, not a structural survey, valuation, certified inspection or professional diagnosis unless a separately identified qualified professional expressly supplies that service.

AIRB is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, but will communicate promptly and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect on your project.

AIRB does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. For business bookings, any other liability will be assessed against the direct loss reasonably arising from the agreed service.
