No. Use your booking email to request a secure sign-in link. If you have already set a password in your account, you can use that instead.
Yes. Send feedback through your project messages. One minor revision round is included unless your quote states a different allowance. A new format, new capture or a different creative direction may need a separate editing quote.
The portal makes handover and review easier, but it is not permanent backup storage. Working files are normally retained for 90 days after final delivery. Download and back up your final media during that period. Read the delivery terms.
