Why is Aerial Essentials £149 when the general site starts at £99?
The £99 Quick Aerial Content package is a general entry option for one edited image or clip. Aerial Essentials is an estate-agent product with 8–12 edited elevated stills and a focused property workflow.
How quickly are the files delivered?
AIRB aims to provide the initial handover within three working days of the completed shoot. Weather, a larger agreed edit, or another unusual constraint is discussed before the shoot date is confirmed.
Who handles permission at the property?
The agent or vendor confirms permission to use the take-off and landing area and shares known access constraints. AIRB remains responsible for the flight decision, airspace checks, and safe operation.
Where can the finished files be used?
Once final payment is complete, the agreed files have full marketing use for that listing across Rightmove, Zoopla, the agency website, and social channels. Raw footage is included as standard.
What happens when the weather changes?
AIRB will move the flight where weather or safety conditions make the planned capture unsuitable. Weather- or safety-led rescheduling does not carry a rescheduling fee.
What if the address cannot be flown after I pay the deposit?
Every address is checked before the flight date is confirmed. If AIRB cannot offer a lawful, feasible, and mutually acceptable alternative date, the unused booking payment is refunded in full, in line with the published terms.
Does the deposit confirm my preferred date?
No. The deposit starts the project; it does not confirm a shoot date. AIRB confirms timing separately after feasibility, access, weather options, and availability have been checked.
