01
Operator, aircraft & insurance
- We operate with an Operator ID and maintain records for the aircraft we fly.
- We hold appropriate insurance for commercial drone operations.
- Aircraft and maintenance status are recorded against the work we carry out.
02
Flight planning & checks
- Each job includes flight planning, an airspace check and a weather check.
- We complete a site risk assessment and pre-flight checks before every flight.
- Work proceeds only on a go / no-go decision made on the day.
03
Permissions & client responsibilities
- Flights depend on landowner / site-manager permission being in place.
- Clients are responsible for confirming site access and any on-site safety requirements.
- We will request missing site information before scheduling where needed.
04
Data handling
- Media is delivered through secure, time-limited links.
- Client media is kept private by default and separated from public marketing content.
- We support data retention periods, export requests and deletion requests.
05
Limitations of drone visual inspection
- Drone imagery is visual documentation and decision-support media.
- It is not a substitute for a qualified structural survey, engineering inspection or any regulated safety sign-off unless explicitly stated.
- We do not certify safety or guarantee detection of defects.
06
AI summaries are human-reviewed
- We may use AI to help draft internal summaries and classify enquiries.
- AI never approves flights, confirms airspace permission or makes legal decisions.
- Every report and summary is reviewed and approved by a person before a client sees it.
07
Agriculture & future capability
- Agriculture services focus on observation, mapping and documentation only — no spraying or material application.
- Infrastructure response, multi-site monitoring and any autonomous / BVLOS capability are presented as future roadmap items.
- These are subject to permissions, safety case, site approval and regulatory authorisation before they could be offered.
NOTE
Every AIRB Enterprise flight is subject to weather, airspace, site access, landowner permissions and a safety review before it goes ahead. We may decline or reschedule work where safe and legal operation is not possible.
